Return to Stock Rom Miui 13 Android 12 Xioami 11t Pro

I am about to sell my Xiaomi 11T pro, how can I return to Stock Rom since I could not through the MIFlash program. I have TWRP installed, can I do it from there with the Global Stock Rom?

Basically, reset to factory defaults. (Don't do the setup)
Then download the latest original fastboot rom.
Boot in Recovery mode and run the flash all.
After which you got to use ADB to to lock the bootloader again.
