This is a small guide to get root permissions on the latest Android 4.3.1
1. Download SuperSU-v1.51.zip, and put it in the memory sd
2. Reboot into recovery, and install from sd card SuperSU-v1.51.zip
3. Restarting the phone you will have root permissions can be managed from the app SuperSU

Thank you for your response. Do you get the Croatian language with those roots?maybe you know?

Rooting a device does nothing to the system language. I don't know if there is a rom with croation language.
