Everyone help me plz, I can't root my device with superSU2.46.zip.
I don't have PC for fastboot. I was flash device but it don't have SuperSU icon.

Nobody had enough knowledge to debug the SuperSU installer script... It's quit complex and I don't own a MiPad2 to do it.

It's a pity but in my experience: I never got a helpful answer here...

Take it from here https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads/fastboot-rom-with-gapps-root-and-some-other-stuffs.34148/ already with root. Stop complicating things.
