Safest Way To Downgrade Developer - > Stable?

Hi, Ive been flashing weeklys for quite some time on my Rd2 through the update app (no external recovery) but now I'd like flash the most recent stable. What's the safest way to do it? Does any one have a tutorial?

Hello, Wipe Data, Wipe Cache,Wipe Dalvik, I do not know if you need a system wipe

I'm guessing I'll need something more, I tried just flashing over and I had a error appearing every 10 seconds...

I've seen tutorials on mi3 stating that it's best to use Mi Flash Tool on the pc
