New Samsung gear S3 connection problems

Hey guys
Just bought a new mi 9t pro with rom 10.3.3.0 stable
I got a samsung gear S3 frontier that worked great with my old OP5T
With 9T pro i got a problem, i can connect it fine and it works but everytime i clear the cache to close all apps it disconnects from the watch.
All Samsung apps are already with no power saving option.
Its a background app called Samsung Acessory Service that disconnets the app, any way to block it from closing when i clear the cache?

This is what I do to prevent apps from closing down in the background:

1. I lock it in the Recent Apps menu by long pressing the app and tapping on the Lock Icon. That will prevent it from closing when cache is cleared. Like this:

2. Then I after I lock it I go into the bottom "Settings" Icon an enter into the apps settings and disable the MIUI Batter Saver Option by changing it to "NO RESTRICTIONS".

3. Last and Final Step is to go to the System Settings and Search for "Battery Optimization" and make sure the app is set to Not Optimized.

It still didnt solved the problem but it helped, with those settings it still turns off but it auto connects right away!
Samsung Acessory Services its a system app so there is no way i can lock it.
