Screen wake-up dellay

I have a strange problem with my Redmi Note 9 Pro - from some time, when I tap on the screen to wake it up or use fingerprint, or power button, there is couple of second delay (sometimes 4-5 sec). When I lock it and try again immediately, it works fine. But after a little - the same thing. It's very annoying, because I have to wait every time when I want to see something.
Ideas?

Hi grafcheto, did you find a solution for your problem?
I'm now facing the same issue, with a Redmi Note 9 non-Pro, since I updated to MIUI 13.
It seems like there are not a lot of other people having the same problem.
