Yesterday I hav updated to 2.3.30, I hav found my SGS2 in very troubling to catchup the signal and sometimes Network unavailable, and in the same place with the previous ROM's used to get HSPA.
So I hav rolled bak to 2.3.23 which is working lovely even though it has some BUG's
HOpe it will be rectified by next week release.
