New SGS2 i9100 upgrade problem - lock screen not unlocking

When uprgading from 2.8.17 to 2.8.31

If you have lock screen security enabled with secured with PIN.

After upgrade, it won't take the PIN to unlock the screen. Will be testing with 2.9.7 to see if it also has the same problem later and will update this one.

Didn't see it in the searched for i9100 lock screen.

Can't see how to mark this thread as resolved....maybe need escalated privileges in the forum? :/
