New SGS2 MIUI 2.7.13 - Copy contacts to clipboard still broken/can't move apps to SD

Hello, this bug has existed since the very beginning of V4, has been reported so many times and I can't understand why something so simple such as making copy contact from contact list to clipboard actually to work takes so long.

Also moving app to SDs is not possible anymore since 3-4 versions ago, not even with siyah kernel.

Can anyone confirm these two bugs? Anyone knows of any fixes?
