New SIM Activation not working

Xiaomi Mi10 HyperOS
After clean install SIM activation is not possible.
SMS/call history sync not working any more.

The same here. I wonder if Google has something to do with it since Google KILLED the mobile photo's synchrinization so Google could've killed the SIM activation too. Still NO solution yet and it's frustrating!
