Sim card not working

Flashed the latest stable rom.
A part from the fact it seemed weird the phone was recognised as Pixel 2 by my google account, the biggest problem is that 1 of the 2 sims does not work. Tried a bit of everything, but nothing worked.
It was working before unlocking and flashing the eu rom.
Any clue?

It has been reported to remove the SIM and insert them back to fix this issue.
About Pixel 2 '(a good phone apart) it is needed to pass Safetynet check.
If you are NOT satisfied you have better to move back to stock rom and forget custom rom.( AOSP included for sure!)

Hi, unfortunately the sim problem can not be solved with the trick you stated, it was actually the first thing I tried.
Any better idea?
As I said, I tried a bit of everything. Is there any "soft reboot" that can be done?
About your comment regarding Pixel 2, I understand now.
