Sims Disabled

Hi,
I have a problem with my Mi4S device.
I have this device with two sim cards and after reboot it for a network problem, the two sims appear disabled.
In one of the reboots, appeared a message about device lost, but I configured wifi and the Mi account is well configured.
I don't find any option about enable or disable sims remotely but i think that something went wrong during the reboot and phone was locked.

I have resetted the phone to factory and flashed the latest stable rom, but sims keep locked.

Can anybody help me?

I can find the solution in Spanish. That's because you had the device search option turned on, and sometimes it gives that problem. Lost device

I had a similar (1 sim locked).
I put the Sim into an other phone, waiting for network connection, then back into the MI 4S.
Worked again.
You can try, it's easy.
