New Sms Not Possible In New Rom 6.1.11

Hi,just installed the 6.1.11 rom on my Redmi Note 2 and now i cannot send or receive sms messages anymore.

With 6.1.7 this worked just fine,as long as the sim card is inserted in slot 2.
In slot 1 i can only receive them.

After clearing cache and rebooting a few times,it works again.

Maybe a bug in the updater?
