Always-on display & Lock screen / Raise to wake switches itself off for apparently no reason.
Likewise,
Sound & vibration / additional settings - most of these settings are also turning themselves off.
I cannot say what it is that triggers these all to switch off, but they just do not seem to hold their settings all the time.
