Normally stables don't have root. If you want to root it you have to flash SuperSU via TWRP after you installed the stable (or if you use une of the latest TWRP version you can flash both the stable .zip and the supersu.zip at the same time)

In firmware xiaomi.eu_multi_hermes_V7.0.8.0.LHMCNCI_v7-5.0. missing a menu item "confidentiality(privacy)". Why?
