New Static wallpaper problem

Hi people,

I'm not sure if this is only me or someone else has the same problem but when I choose wallpaper it's static no matter how big the picture is. It doesn't slide left-right as I slide from panel to panel, it's always fixed and shows the center of te picture.

Is this a bug?

Which Miui Version?

And in your Launcher Settings, Wallpaper Scroll Types should be set on "By Theme". I am on 2.4.13 and it works fine.

Same version, just Wallpaper Scroll Type was "Centre". Thanks a lot!
