Strange Chinese System App Installed From Eu Rom

So I made a fastboot flash, full wipe, etc., and made a clean install of xiaomi.eu 6.11.10. on my Xiaomi Mi4c.

Today I noticed some app written in Chinese letters. I will put a screenshot. Should I be worried? What is that app for? Can I freeze/delete it?

Then I used google translator. Result: "Intelligent assistant"
