Switching to Stable ROM from Weekly?

Hi,

I installed the stable ROM on my Note 2. (from the updater)
It was previously the weekly ROM. Now, for example the SMS app crashes and the phone freezes a little.
How can I solve this?

What you did was downgrading from a newer ROM (Weekly) to an older ROM (Stable).
You shouldn't do that without data wipe. Nothing we can do here.
