Sync Problem With Google Contacts

I installed the Google Play Store with the Google Installer from MI Store, but contacts are missing. If I go to Settings > Google > mymail
I don't have "conctacts"

Which is "the right rom"?
Right now I'm using the preinstalled one, because I don't see any international one.
