New Themes problem

Hi everyone!
I have a problem with my Redmi 1S. The market theme does not load, and I can't even apply a free theme downloaded from the forum and inserted in the phone memory. A message appears that says "server is not available, try again later".

It's highly possible that the themes you try to apply have not been register on designer.xiaomi.com by their designer...
New theme policy since january. Dumb policy, i give you that, but it's the new rule !
