I just got a Xiaomi 15 ultra global and installed xiaomi.eu 2.0.215.0 Stable. I upgraded from a Xiaomi 12 ultra. In the Xiaomi 15 ultra, the 12-hour clock format does not display the AM/PM on the time on the top left on the home screen or on the time on the lock screen. This lack of a AM/PM makes the 12-hour clock format unusable. (I am from America and use the 12-hour clock.) In the Xiaomi 15 ultra time settings, when the 12-hour clock format is selected, the AM/PM shows and can be changed but is not displayed throughout the device. Could this AM/PM display feature be added?
