enter your mi cloud password to open it... or just go to i.mi.com then login with your login info then unlock it....

Try without sim card, only wifi.

I have seen some people that did that before. The phone still linked to the erased mi account.
If you could not activate it you have to contact the support of Xiaomi in order them to restore the account or something else.

this is clearly your fault....
why you erase your Mi Account before unbinding it from your devices?

one solution: go to service center, bring the box with you to prove it is yours... they'll be able to unlock it.
