Invalid Time zone offset error (Poco X3 NFC)

The time zone where I am residing is in Mexico City, here it is in "UTC-6" however even with the "Set time zone automatically" option it continues to claim "UTC-5", which in the Global ROM this does not happen.

I hope they can fix it soon or if it is a problem that I can solve I will be grateful. Thank you!

It is the xiaomi.eu ROM 14.0.1.0.SJGMIXM

Might have been an Android issue prior to Android 13. I can reproduce it on Android 10, but not on any device with Android 13.
