New Torch, Gallery albums problem

Xiaomi Mi-2 Problems

1. Torch
When I press home button on lockscreen, I would continue to press home button until it vibrates. and than light on. It is ok for tuning light on.
When I want to turn light off with power button, it not works at first try. but. works after 5-6 tries.

2. Gallery
Some albums seems double and when touch screenshots album, touch effect sesms on another pair screenshots album...

I turn off the torch by pressing the home button once more. I was not aware that the power button would turn off the torch?
