I've just received my whole new Redmi 2 Prime (2 GB / 16GB / 2014817), and upon first boot up, the touch buttons are not working. I've searched through the forums and tried the suggested solutions (disabling "talk back", trying updated miui roms, factory reset, enabling/disabling navigation buttons, ...), but nothing did make the buttons work.
What can I do ?
