Tumblr Pictures Download Not Possible

Hi guys, I'm on latest stable miui 8.1.3.0, I encountered a strange behavior, I cannot save Tumblr pictures anymore. Each time, I press save, I got the message that something went wrong. Uninstalled, granted USB access, no luck. Any ideas? Cheers, Lati
