Hello everyone, searching and testing I have been able to get it and find it.

It worked perfectly for me on the miui 12.1 version 20.9.3 beta.
I have to say that the root works But the safetynet does not pass ... you have to take that into account. And nothing else, flash the Zip, wipe cache and reboot.
You get the magisk installed and we update what it asks us, if it does not ask us for anything we go into settings and check that the update version is in Canary and not in beta that comes by default.

I am getting insane, i dont get it
1. Installed Rom
2.Installed Magisk debug.zip
3. Wipe Cache
4. Reboot
5.Installing App debug. apk
6.No Success, on Magisk it says: Installed N/A

no no, install rom, reboot.
install magisk and wipe cache, reboot.
When you see that it asks you for the sim card code, you restart.
then you enter the magisk app.
go to settings and change it to "canary"
then go to magisk home screen and check for update.
use the option download zip file
go to recovery and flash that file with wipe cache
reboot and when you see the pin code reboot the system
enter magisk and update the app if you have an update and that's it
