TW version Mi Dialer missing recording option?

Hi, having all this mess with Gpay problem i tried to flash TW version and lock my bootloader... All went fine except that on mi dialer call recording option is missing!!!.. There is no indonesian version for this model as i can see.. So does anyone knows what is going on? Finally only China version supports call recording (on which i cannot re-lock bootloader?)

My problem was the security checks so i have working gpay on official rom + call recording.. i don't need more mods on my device... and as google plays cat and mouse now i cannot also depend even on weekly rom because anytime the payments could stop.. so i will have to carry my physical card so what's the point to have any stable or weekly rom which could stop payments any time.. and of course this is not problem of the rom but of the F&k1ng Google!!!
