TWRP for Mi 10T Pro? Pls Help

Hello, I was about to install Xiaomi EU through one of the guides in the forum, but I stumbled on the problem where I have to install TWRP. I don't know how, anyone have a link? From what I know, I cant install Xiaomi EU through fastboot, so I have to use recovery. Pls guys help, I already bootloader my phone.
