Invalid Twrp problem rom 9.12.12

MI 9T pro twrp original 3.3.1.0 When I start the flash of the rom, here's what appears in the first two lines in red. So the flash is successful, but I have to install Disable_DmVerity_ForceEncrypt_08.18.2019
to restart the system.
Can you explain me? What do I have to do?
