For installing a new ROM on my MI 8
I have downloaded and installed TWRP on my phone, but cannot find device Xiaomi MI 8 ? do I need a special version of TWRP ?

Having a MI 8 Global (10.0.2.0 OEAMIFH) Stable with UNLOCKED Bootloader (MI 8 show "unlocked" when booting)

I tested it with both files, but no wtrp recovery boot...

After this, the Mi 8 boots into normal ROM. Nothing changed.

EDIT: after a few retries twrp works (used the one from xda). Thank you!
