New Unable to buy Mi Coins

I am trying to buy MiCoins for Mi Cloud but every time I try to pay with PayPal I get the following error:

I am located in Europe, idk why it is not working

I can always send mi credits from my German account onto main one, but I don't want to. I contacted Xiaomi support and they said they will pass this to above, but almost entire week has passed and nothing happened. Meh.

I'm trying for months to extend my Xiaomi Cloud without finding how to pay.
If I follow your link and buy 50 Mi Coins, should I be able to pay my extension ?

Just renewed again, simple and fast since 2016...

Bought the credits via PayPal on the site I shared, Hadron transferred the credits to my account and I renewed with the available credits

I'm on Europe, Portugal.

No problem, my Xiaomi Cloud is extended.
