Unable to connect VPN after Android 11 - K30

After upgrading to Android 11 Beta (20.10.22 and 20.10.29) I have this issue where I cant connect to any VPN, after installing VPN app, it requests Connection, at that page we get 2 option on the bottom, ie Cancel and OK, the OK button is blue in color but nothing happens if I click it. cancel button works tho
