Unable to detect phone in eclipse

Hi,

I have an MI-2.

Can you tell me the procedure to detect the phone in eclipse or ADB?

Do I need to install some drivers? If so, could someone please send me the link for downloading the same. I am using WIN7 and WIN 8 OS.

I was reading about it in the forum. I came across, MiPhone Manager. Will that help me? Please give the download link for Miphone manager too..

Can u find file adb_usb.ini ?
Just write

0X2717

(Xiaomi Mi2), then

adb kill-server

and try connect pfone and start adb
