Unlock bootloader without sim card

Hi Everyone,

I have recently update my MI 6 from MIUI 10 to MIUI 11.
Since this update, I am not able to activate neither WIFI neither MOBILE DATA.
I would like to downgrade to MIUI10.

But I am not able to unlock bootloader as it always ask for the sim card. Would you have any idea please ?

Maybe your phone is registered at a MiUI-Account with your sim-card/phone-number?

Is your correct phone-number registered at your xioami-account?
Did you download latest version of the unlock-tool?
Do you have the latest twrp-recovery?
Maybe clean-install of Miui 11 solves your Miui 11-problems?
