Unlock Bootloader

If I ask Xiaomi to unlock a bootloader , is this for the MI account or only one device ? I've already unlocked my bootloader on a MI5 et now I want to do this for my new (MI5S), so when I go to the website for unlocking the new one, I've already the MI unlock tool (not the like for ask the unlock). Do you think it's normal ? Thanks by advance

Hi, let me introduce my scenarious.
-Custom recovery TWRP 2.8.7.1 installed
-xiaomi.eu ROM dev 5.11.5 installed
-through app CPU-Z my status is: root access yed, bootloader unknown
I have flashed the ROM xiaomi.eu but appear a windows that I have a Mi account. Can I type the pw ? Anybody could drive me on that ?
