I've tried today at 17⁰⁰ CET... no luck.

I have tried to unlock my Hyper OS several times at 0:00 China time. At 0:00 at the start of the runtime every day, it is displayed that the application data quota has already been reached. This week, the quota has increased from 19 to 23 days at 0:00 China time. And it makes no difference whether I try at 0:00 China time or at any other time. So Xiaomi is currently no longer allowing the bootloader to be unlocked. I am really annoyed.

if you see that the application limit quota has been reached, you need to wait until it resets at 00:00h China time and then click again on ( Apply for unlocking )

Unlooking the bootloader Hyper OS via the Xiaomi Community app is definitely not possible!!!

Don't waste your time on it

There is no quota for unlooking the bootloader and there has never been a quota in the Community app !!!

I would really like to tell the CEO of Xiaomi Lei Jun what I think about such policy, but i didn´t find his e-mail.

I have a collection of screenshots just like yours, all recorded exactly at 00:00 Beijing time.
Since Xiaomi did not announce that unlocking permissions are no longer granted, nor do they disclose the size of that "quota", it's safe to call this a deceitful practice, and even potentially illegal in countries with strict consumer protection laws.
They are withholding crucial information, and I would assume it's to deceive customers who are buying a Xiaomi device with the hope of unlocking the bootloader (which is a sizable chunk of the international customers).

Guys, applying for unlock permission IS WORKING, but for whatever reason they're giving the authorization but still showing the "quota try again" message.

If you've been trying to apply for permission for a while you need to go to "developer options" on your phone and link your Mi account.
If it works then that's how you know your account has unlock permission, and you can now use mi unlock to get your bootloader unlocked.

Give it a try.

Okay, whatever you say.. i tested it myself after reading other reports on the thread "How to unlock bootloader on Xiaomi HyperOS" on xda, you can go check it out if you want.
