update to miui11

I'm not getting any update from past 6 months, I'm still using miui10 based on Android 9 while other phones are updated to miui11.

So I understand you don't use xiaomi.eu custom ROM, install stable or beta (weekly) xiaomi.eu ROM and you will have updates.
