There is Global rom V5 (31) , GAPPS and stuff included http://en.miui.com/download-82.html#133 . Dunno if is multilang since Im using V6..

Thanks, but I am not wasting more time with official miuis anymore. If Portuguese is not included, for me its a useless rom. And if everyone where like me instead of bending their arses perhaps we would already had a perfect rom, otherwise they wouldn't have anyone to develope to and even to sell their phones. As far as I concerne Xiaomy will not see a single cent from me ever again

@pjovp why dont you use the portuguese ROM?

2 reasons, first it's outdated version and second I think that the Portuguese repo had done kind of bug that causes conflicts when cooking the roms
