I'm newbie of XIAOMI product : I buyed Redmi3s with Miui8-Global-beta

My first question is on object.

..and the secon is :

my first operation was to install TWRP and ROOT, because i need to use an APP for to restart 3S every day…. But after last UPDATE (now I have 6.11.17) I discover "root lost" : it's normal condition?

Yes, flashing remove the root and you have to root your rom again after flashing a new version.
