Updater in MI10 can't find any update but it's wrong !!

Hi,
I have Mi10 with EU rom weekly MIUI 12 20.9.4. that I installed using TWRP for a long time.
When I check for updates I receive that "you are up to date", but it's wrong/ There are new roms.

How can I update ?

You have a very old ROM, so it doesn't offer updates.

Download the required ROM and install it in TWRP or in the Update app

Do you mind copy it manually to the phone and install it using the TWRP?
Everything on the phone will remain or be deleted?
