Updating... Please help

I'm brand new to the MIUI world and am trying to figure out how to update my ROM with each weekly release without re-flashing and re-installing all of my apps. I'm on the Samsung galaxy if that's of any help.

Just take a backup of your MIUI rom and then flash the new weekly version over it and you should be good to go.

if you download the zip this friday by your computer, put the zip on your sd card, boot into recovery, and flash it. you shouldn't lose a thing.

you can also download the latest rom through the updater app. once it's downloaded, apply the update and let it work. Again, you shouldn't lose any apps or settings.
