Updating to EEA 14.0.3.0. Can't flash this stable ROM

Do you have an idea on how to update my phone easily without making it explode? I try to install the recovery Rom of this update.

Already tried to download the latest package, and rename the 14.0.3 with the downloading package but doesn't work.

I'm on 13.0.16.0 EEA.
Please, can you help me ?
