URGENT - Stuck in updating rom via Fastboot

How long does updating ROM via Fastboot take? I'm stuck at image 5. I have 11T Pro. It's been stuck for like 15 minutes or more.

UPDATE: Still stuck at this specific step. Can I cancel this ?

Fixed this myself.
I forgot I got TWRP already. I cancelled this batch job.
Pressed Volume up + Power to go to TWRP. Changed language to English.
Then I Installed 14.0.3 ROM that I downloaded a while ago. Then rebooted.
