valid phone number?

So hey I'm new to MIUI and I'm trying to set up an account and to do so I need to enter a valid phone number but the problem is when I enter my phone number I get a message saying I need to enter a valid phone number,why is it so?

BTW I'm from Israel using cellcom as provider if that helps

You have to re-write ur number with phone preselection... for Israel it´s +972xxxxxxxxxx(ur number)
