I'm not able to get my vibrate function to function.

Using newest update and translation pack.

Not sure if this is OK but mine is not working as well. I have my phone set to vibrate when silent and it doesn't. My vibrations work when I type on SwiftKey though.
I have Evo 4G with 1.3.5 flashed.
