VoLTE and VoWIFI not working

Hello everyone,
Good day,

I've been using xiaomi eu rom on my poco f3 for two months now. The problem is that VoWIFI and VoLTE isn't working at all, I literally tried every code possible.
My question is can i falsh modem files from official rom using fastboot? and if the answer is yes, how?

My current xiaomi eu version is 1.0.6.0 and the global rom i want to use modem files from is 1.0.4.0

EDIT: just tried above code and still vowifi and volte not working
