Wallpaper carousel wont stay active

I can't get the Wallpaper carousel to work. It stays inactive by accepting the terms. No matter what I try.

Are you even using our ROM? In that case you have 2 Wallpaper Carousel apps, because that's not our Wallpaper Carousel.

EDIT: I got it fixed. Just updated the APK. Nevermind, seems the ROM isn't compatible with it.

We tell this over and over again: never update ANY system apps. You will break compatibility and disable our mods that allow these system apps to work without region restrictions.
We are not even using the global Wallpaper Carousel (com.miui.android.fashiongallery), we're using a patched China one (com.mfashiongallery.emag) which we always keep up-to-date. Once you have both of them, they are conflicting.
