Waze Keeps Blocking On Note4

Hello,

I have a Note4 with Deca-core Max 2.11 GHz, MIUI 9 Global 8.4.19 Beta, Android 6.0 MRA58K.

Waze keeps blocking after few minutes.

Can you help me?

Have you given it Autostart permission and turned off Miui Battery Saver for the app? All these are in the "Installed Apps" section.

Hi,

Back again after a longer test.

Waze still locks after few time.

Also, after Program autostart was enabled, "search" function doesn't work anymore.

Disappointed by this issue.

Otherwise, phone is excellent.

Someone suggested to lock the phone in memory.
So open the app then go to Recents and then drag down to lock the app in memory.
You'll see a lock symbol appear.

I don't use Waze so I can only give you general advice.

Open Waze.
Click Home
Click Recents, the button to the left of Home
Drag down on Waze
A lock symbol should appear

I'm only guessing with this but it should stop Miui from closing Waze
