Invalid Wear os can't find watch

Hi,
i made a factory reset of my Ticwatch E and now I can't find It on my MI 5 ver. 8.8.9.
It tried clearing cache, deleting bluetooth association and reinstalling Google wear os app, but it's not working.
My phone's bluetooth see the watch, but the wear os app don't.
Please help.

Hi,
I just updated my MI5 to 8.8.16, but I still cannot find my watch using wear os app.
On my Samsung A8 I have no problem paring the watch.
Can anyone help me please?
